Our story

A second home should feel like an escape, not another responsibility.

The Second Home Concierge was created from a belief that the most valuable part of owning a home in Vermont isn't the home itself. It's the time spent there.

After a career that began in luxury hospitality, founder Louise MacLaurin understood that exceptional service isn't about extravagance. It's about anticipation: remembering the details, understanding someone's preferences and taking care of what needs to be done before they ever have to ask. After making Manchester home, she brought that same philosophy to the second-home experience.

Through Arrival Ready, Departure Ready and Private Concierge services, every detail is approached with care, discretion and an understanding of how each client likes to spend their time. This isn't property management, and it isn't an errand service. It's a private, members-only relationship built around knowing the client and the details that make their Vermont home feel like theirs.
